Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak or boneless beef chuck roast sliced thin
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
3 garlic cloves minced
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
4 Tablespoons water
1 bag (12 ounces) frozen broccoli florets
cooked white rice to serve with (if desired)
Steps
Get your slow cooker together. From there, whisk the soy sauce, the beef broth, the sesame oil, the brown sugar, and then the garlic
Add the beef in there, sliced up, and then toss it in order to coat it
Add the lid to the top of it, and then turn the crock pot onto low. Cook this on low for about five hours, six if you want it to be really tender.
Test and adjust the seasonings before you serve it!
