30-Minutes 7-Layer Salad


1 pound bacon

1 large head iceberg lettuce, totally rinsed, dried, and chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 package frozen green peas, thawed

10 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped cauliflower

1 ¼ cups mayonnaise

2 tbsp white sugar

⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to prepare

Step 1:

In a large skillet, add bacon and leave it to cook over medium-high heat until it is evenly brown. Then crumble and set aside.

Step 2:

In a large flat bowl, place the chopped lettuce and layer with onion, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower, and bacon on top.

Step 3: 

Prepare your dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar, and Parmesan cheese together. Spread over the salad and refrigerate until chilled.

Step 4:

You can serve after chilling.
