My Mom and I indulged in Justin Isosceles Wine and her “Tow Boat Pie” a few weeks ago. The pie was amazing.
The first layer is a graham cracker crust:
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
whipped together and spread on top of crust
2 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
mix and pour over cream cheese filling
1 container of cool whip….topped with chocolate syrup and sprinkled some heath bits.
