Slow Cooker Spicy Chili


2 pounds 9960 g) boneless beef round steak,cubed,
2 large yellow onions,peeled and chopped
2 cans (15 oz 9450 ml) each) chili beans with chili gravy
2 cans (14 ½ oz (435 ml) each)) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes,cut up
15 oz (450 ml) can kidney beans,drianed and rinsed
1 cup (250 ml) beer
1-2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano


  1. In a slow cooker,combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 10-12 hours. Spoon off fat.
