6 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2″ thick
salt and pepper
1 c Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt


Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4: Add the pork chops into the breadcrumb’s mixture and coat each generously.

Step 5: Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 6: Add the butter and allow it to melt.

Step 7: Add the pork chops and sear each side until they turn golden brown.

Step 8: Remove from the heat and transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven.

Step 9: Bake the pork chops for about 5 to 10 minutes or until done.

Step 10: Remove the pork chops from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature for at least 3 minutes.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
