4 breast half, bone and skin removed (blank)s boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup grated Asiago cheese
½ cup light mayonnaise
¼ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup dry white wine
1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch ground nutmeg
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar, or to taste
2 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese, or to taste

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Arrange the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.

Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, Asiago cheese, wine, Greek yoghurt, onion powder, nutmeg, and garlic powder. Whisk until well mixed. Pour in the mixture on top of the chicken. Spread the sauce evenly.

Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until the chicken runs out of juice and the middle is no longer pinkish. To make sure, insert a thermometer in the middle. It should read 74 degrees C or 165 degrees F.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature.

Step 7: Spread black pepper, additional Asiago cheese, and balsamic vinegar on top.
