Ingredients :
1 c pecans, chop
7 tablespoons butter, unsalted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
a pinch salt
Pecan for top of each cookie
Steps :
-Be sure to preheat your oven to 350º and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
-Beat butter, sugar / brown sugar with an electric mixer to light and creamy.
-Adding eggs, vanilla extract & beat for other 2 min. Directly add flour, baking soda, salt / mix until just mixed
-When finished, drop balls using a medium cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheets and top with a pecan half on top of each cookie. Baking to golden brown, for 10 to 15 min. Finally, cool cookies on wire rack.
