These Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn made me a Supermom! I instantly become a hero whenever I make my twins a sweet treat that they love. Last week, I became babysitter to a couple of my nephews along with my sons. My husband was at work so I was alone in being their babysitter. My nephews behaved actually. They were a bit older than my twins so they already acted their ages. I was able to finish my work without interruption from them. They were just busy playing legos in the living room while I was working. It was even I who remembered serving them their snacks because none of them, not even Chiyo, came to me to ask for their afternoon food.
These Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn became my rewards to them. Right after I finished with my work, I proceeded to the kitchen to make these. I knew my nephews’ parents would take advantage of their free night so I knew I would have my nephews with me until late at night. I served these sweet treats to them, earning me hugs and kisses from the boys. When my husband came home, he joined us in watching an animated movie while munching on the sweet treats! For some reason, even with all the sugar, they fell asleep. If I will be more descriptive, I would love to say that they fell asleep with smiles on their faces!
