Ingredients
1 lb. of smoked turkey sausage, cut into rounds
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
3 medium potatoes russet
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
How to Prepare
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit and line the baking sheet with tin foil, also spray with cooking spray, then set aside.
Step 2:
Cut the sausage into rounds, chop the onions and potatoes in an even size and add the sausage rounds, onions, and potatoes into a large bowl. Sprinkle a tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then toss with your hands until they are evenly distributed.
Step 3:
In a sheet pan, pour the mixture into it and spread out the sausage and potatoes. Place it into the heated oven and allow to roast for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are golden brown and soft, while stirring every 15 minutes.
Step 4:
Remove from the heat and serve.
