1-2-3 Cake

This is easy as 1-2-3! This recipe makes a mug cake that only takes 1 minute in the microwave! How awesome is that?

Have you heard of 1-2-3 cake? It is so easy to make and only takes a minute to bake it in your microwave. So awesome – and this one I made is just 180 calories – not bad when you need something sweet without overdoing it!

Also great for kids when they want a piece of cake but you don’t want to bake a whole cake. Great for portion size as well.

Once you mix the two cake mixes they store in a sealed container for a while. Just take out what you need at a time to make a mug cake.
