This recipe I got at a Weight Watchers meeting.
Ingredients
- 1 (2 ounce) chicken breasts ( cut in half if needed)
- 1/4 cup thin spaghetti, broken up into 2 inch long pieces
- 1 1/4 cups fat free chicken broth
- 1/8 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/8 cup celery, chopped
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- cooking spray
- 1 dash dried thyme
- 1 dash dried parsley
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
Directions
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Sauté in a bit of cooking spray.
- Heat broth, pasta, herbs, carrots, celery, and salt and pepper together.
- Add chicken.
- Simmer until noodles are tender.
- Season to taste.
